CCHS Counseling

...in pursuit of academic, career and personal success!

Welcome to the Clay County High School Counseling Website!

Thank you for visiting our site.  We hope that you will find many valuable and interesting pieces of academic, career and personal information here.  Please let Mrs. Exline or Mrs. Jones know if we can be of assistance throughout the school year, or if there is something else that you would like to see added to this site.

Food for Thought:  Life is a series of choices.  You will be faced with many paths throughout your life.  The paths you choose will dictate your future.  As long as you live, it is never too late to take a detour and choose another path.  You may have to cope with the consequences of decisions you have made, but it is never too late to change directions.

Resident artist, Alisha painted the Counseling Department window complete with our school mascot, the Panther.  If you see her around, be sure to tell her what a great job she did.  Thank you Alisha; we love it!

Did you notice the updated bulletin board in the hall beside the Counseling Department?

Can we help you in any of these areas?

If so, please let us know.

Continuing our rotation with our classes, this year Mrs. Jones will be the 9th and 11th grade counselor, while Mrs. Exline becomes the 10th and 12th grade counselor.  As always, if either of us is busy, please feel free to see the other.
